Our History

Formed in 2008, the Foundation initially focused on a suite of remediation tools made available to community organizations and schools.   Subsequently, it has expanded to studying issues reflecting America's educational standing amongst other nations and that impact on U.S. "flat-world" competitiveness.

In 2019, the Foundation began studying the changing demographic of the American workforce and associated educational requirements as it increasingly moves towards urban clusters with emphasis on preserving our rural heritage.

In 2021, the Foundation began developing secure agentic AI solutions to growing community issues, such as Community Building, Disaster Prediction and Logistics, Mental Health Outreach, and the like. These developments have fostered systems that are being used worldwide.
